How To Apply

Thank you for your interest in Woodstream Christian Academy! In order to provide a school environment where students can succeed academically and spiritually, specific admissions and enrollment standards have been formulated.

Woodstream Christian Academy does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national or ethnic origin in the administration of its educational, admission, financial aid or employment policies, or any other programs administered by the school.

The Application Process

Step 1

Complete

Complete the Online Application and all required forms.

Step 2

Return

Return forms to the WCA Information Station (front entrance) along with any fees.

Step 3

Interview

WCA will contact the applicant to schedule a Family Interview and Student assessment and/or entrance exam.

Step 4

Contact

Based on committee review, the admissions office will contact the family to notify if the student has or has not been accepted.

Family Referral Program

One of the best forms of advertising for any organization is word-of-mouth, that is why Woodstream Christian Academy has implemented the Family Referral Program for students entering K5-12th grade.

The program is simple, for every student entering K5 – 12th grade you refer to WCA and who enrolls and remains for the complete school year, a credit of $100 (per child that you recommend) will be applied to your family’s tuition account.

The Application Process

The re-enrollment fee is due at the time of registration. If you have any questions regarding re-enrollment, please email registrar@woodstreamacademy.com.

Step 1

Login through your existing Family Portal account. (If you do not have a Family Portal login, click here for instructions.)

Step 2

Click on the Family Information button in the left menu.

Step 3

Click on the Enrollment/Re-enrollment button to begin the process.

Family Service Hours

WCA’s Family Service Hours Program assists in providing a safe and creative environment that builds the bridge from School to Home! Parents, grandparents and other adult family members or guardians may contribute their time by reading to students, volunteering at book fairs, serving on a thesis panel or in the classroom, chaperoning on field trips and at special events, or serving on a committee. WCA requires each family (regardless of how many children attend the Academy) volunteer 10 service hours per school year.
