Summer Academic Enrichment Program

Who Can participate?
The SAEP is open to students in grades Pre-Kindergarten 3 through 7th grades. Students in Pre-Kindergarten 3 through Pre-Kindergarten 4 must be currently enrolled at Woodstream Christian Academy or have been accepted for these grades for the 2025/2026 school year.
Program Dates:
The SAEP runs from Monday, June 16 through Friday, August 1, 2025. Please note, sessions will not be held on Thursday, June 19 – Friday, June 20, in observance of Juneteenth or Friday, July 4, 2025, in observance of Independence Day.
Enrollment Procedure:
To enroll, complete and submit the registration form. The registration fee can be paid using Visa or MasterCard. Prior to the start of the program, the following forms must be received and approved by the Academy:
- Health History Form
- Emergency Information Form
- Authorization to Administer Medication Form**
- WCA Permissions Form
Tuition and Fees for 2025
- Registration Fee: $75
- Weekly Tuition (K3 and up):
- $300 per week for the first student (Week 1: $180; Week 3: $240)
- $250 per week for each additional sibling (Week 1: $180; Week 3: $240)
- Daily Rate: $75/day (registration required)
Operational Hours:
- 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- Arrival Time: 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM
- Late Fee: $5.00 per minute after 5:30 PM
The registration fee and payment for the first week are due at the time of registration. Subsequent weeks must be paid in advance.
What's Included?
The registration fee and tuition cover the full academic enrichment program, including lunch, snacks, activities, and arts and crafts. There will be an additional cost for field trips.
